The welfare of our animals and staff is our highest priority. In cases of extreme weather (such as thunderstorms), or when the forecasted temperature exceeds 32°C, your encounter may need to be rescheduled.
We’ll happily help you reschedule to ensure you don’t miss out on a great experience.

Yes! Little animal lovers are more than welcome to take part, as long as they’re accompanied by an adult for. the duration of the encounter.

While some enclosures are not wheelchair accessible, we can tailor the experience to suit your needs. We’re able to bring animals to accessible areas so you can still enjoy an immersive encounter. We also have an accessible parking space and toilet available.
